Reserve Affairs

The U.S. Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER) Reserve Affairs Division (RAD) is an agency of ARCYBER's Operations Directorate (G3) that assists and advises the ARCYBER command team, headquarters staff and worldwide subordinate units on the operational status, mission availability and employment of relevant Army reserve component (Army Reserve and Army National Guard) forces and capabilities.
These include Signal, Cyber, Military Intelligence, Information Operations, Electronic Warfare, Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations forces that are vital to the ARCYBER commander's ability to employ the assets of the Total Force to successfully carry out the command's mission.

To provide this support, RAD focuses on three lines of effort:

1. Reserve Component (RC) Talent Management: providing RC members with positions with ARCYBER via Active Duty for Operational Support (ADOS) or Individual Mobilization Augmentee (IMA) tours
2. Support to Operational Events
3. RC Operation Integration

Tours of Duty

RC members interested in tours of duty with ARCYBER can get information on available positions using one of two methods:

1. Tour of Duty (TOD) is the uniformed version of the federal government's USAJobs recruiting and hiring program. TOD allows military components and commands to request RC Soldiers to fill specific jobs based on operational or support needs. TOD resides in the Army's secure MOBCOP environment and can only be accessed from a computer connected to the DoD network, and will be discontinued in Fiscal Year 2023. To access TOD, go to

2. ARCYBER's Tours & Vacancies page on milSuite is the preferred location for tour information. The page, which can be accessed by eligible service members from any computer with a Common Access Card reader, offers spreadsheets listing on currently available positions and a memo with general requirements and RAD points of contact.
