The program offers on-the-job training, projects, rotation assignments (Fellows only), and other industry-based trainings and certifications. The program provides experiential-based training anchored on a competency-based approach for developing and assessing workforce competencies that includes academics, leadership training, broadening experiences and core functional training events.

An arrangement in which participants perform their official duties at a location other than the traditional worksite. The alternate worksite may be the employee's home or other approved location. Employees should have a Telework agreement in place and completed Telework training.
Helps participants reduce student loan debt, if eligible and funding is available. This program is designed to repay federally insured student loans in order to retain key employees. If accepted, employees may receive up to $10,000 in student loan repayments each year!
