Mr. Mark A. “Al” Mollenkopf serves as Science Advisor to the ARCYBER commanding general and Chief Analytics Officer.
Mr. Mollenkopf retired from the U.S. Army in October 2019 after 31 years of service. As Science Advisor he advises the commander on all aspects of intelligence, cyber and related technologies, working with intelligence, cyber and science and technology organizations to generate and ensure the integrity of capabilities, concepts, policies, operational programs, studies and training that support and enable Army maneuver in the information environment.

Mr. Mollenkopf has earned a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts from Excelsior University in Albany, N.Y. His training includes the Joint Network Attack Course; the Electronic Warfare Signals Intelligence Analyst Course; the Electronic Warfare Analyst Course; the Army War College Senior Leader Seminar; the Cryptanalytic Exploitation Course; and the U.S. Army Warrant Officer Senior Course. His certifications include Certified Information Systems Security Professional; EC Council Certified Security Analyst, Licensed Penetration Tester; Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator; Certified Wireless Network Administrator; and Certified Ethical Hacker. His professional memberships include the Military Intelligence Corps Association and the American Radio Relay League.
